identify PIN characters on labels previously attached
to automotive car bodies after the painting stage,
reconstructing, when necessary, damaged characters.
This application can be used to recognize any type of character.
LASER WELDING INSPECTION
Vision AI can identify five types of defects in Laser welding process:
- Lack of Fusion
- Deep Weld
- Serrated
- Pores
- Discontinuity
All of these defects were identified after the weld sanding process.
